VESTA drives market innovation by introducing principles of sustainability in 3 key areas: BUILT ENVIRONMENT - Sustainable strategy design and third-party green building certification services (BREEAM, LEED & WELL) – from the initial concept and design stage through to the construction, post-construction and operation - Real estate market analysis and preparation of customized sustainability programs and practical solutions for retail, industrial, commercial as well as residential property developers and investors BUSINESS PRACTICES - Guidance for companies and organizations in preparation of GRI sustainability reports PUBLIC AWARENESS - Sharing forefront knowledge and know-how in order to foster change in the local and regional real estate market through associations, public initiatives and conferences, workshops and special training VESTA is currently mainly operating from Lithuania, but our projects span across neighbouring countries in Northern Europe (Latvia, Estonia, and Finland). Our clients range from RE developers, investors to property managers and tenants, private and public organisations. Since our establishment in 2012, we have been already contributing to 30+ projects in achieving desired BREEAM and LEED rating effectively and efficiently. VESTA is a co-founder and an active member of the Lithuanian Green Building Council and the main author of the national GB standard. We initiated and organised the first two international Green Building Conferences in Lithuania and continue to spread awareness of sustainable development trends with various public initiatives and events.
