Lean LT tikslas – organizacijų efektyvumo didinimas Lietuvoje, taikant visame pasaulyje vertinamas Lean metodikas ir filosofiją. ----------- The organization has been operating since 2011 and is the largest Lean company in Baltic states. One of the company’s international partners is Honsha organization. It is one of the most recognized Lean organizations in the world, which brings together Toyota’s former corporate executives and experts. Strong international partnership guarantees that Lean projects are being implemented in Lithuania, based on the most up to date world practices. Therefore, Lean LT was the first to introduce Lean system in Lithuanian public sector, called “Lean Government”. Currently, we are working with a few dozen leading companies in the country that are operating not only in local market but also across Europe. The main goal of Lean LT is to increase efficiency of Lithuanian organizations by applying Lean methodologies and philosophy that are widely spread and known around the world.
