Lead2Pro - a non-profit initiative, founded in 2017, which is dedicated to IT and Economics students. The goal of this initiative is to help motivated people start forming their career. Every student who is looking for a job knows the Permission paradox: “You can’t get a job without experience, but you can’t get experience without a job.” Because of this situation, we have created and systemized 2 different 10 week online courses for web development and accounting students. During these courses students have an opportunity to improve their technical skills, learn how to apply for a job, prepare for a job interview and broaden their knowledge about work ethics.
