Vilnius Institute for Policy Analysis (VIPA) is a non-governmental policy think tank whose mission is to produce high level research and policy analysis on topical issues relevant to Lithuania and the broader region. VIPA in-house and associated experts conduct research and provide policy recommendations, organize conferences, workshops, panels, training, advocacy and outreach campaigns. Vilnius Institute for Policy Analysis (VIPA) is seeking international partners to better analyze Kremlin‘s influence in Central and Eastern Europe. VIPA aims to become a regional meeting point for experts specializing in Kremlin‘s hybrid activities, including information warfare, cybersecurity, export of corruption and military aggression. We also aim to strengthen pro-Western, pro-EU and pro-NATO sentiments in Lithuania as well as the wider region.
