We have been providing a broad range of high quality integrated commercial real estate services since 2002, including property management, leasing, facilities, marketing, property development; transaction and project management, appraisal and valuation, strategic consulting, and property sales. Our specialty is the retail real estate market, but we also develop and manage logistic centers and office buildings. We are responsible for real estate in excess of 600,000 square meters, of which projects with 285,000 square meters were developed by Baltic RED team. The total value of assets under management of Baltic RED reached EUR 500 million at the end of December 2016.
